Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) is a unit within the Division of Strategy, Operations, and Finance that provides technology resources, services, and support to students, faculty, and staff. ITS is committed to delivering reliable technology solutions, responsive customer service, and convenient access to computing and communication resources that support student learning, faculty teaching, research, and university operations.

ITS services include support for instructional technologies used in both traditional and online learning environments; delivery of information through mobile and web-based services, including email, course schedules, meal plan management, campus maps, and transportation information; management and support of campus computer labs, classrooms, and technology-enhanced learning spaces; and administration of the university's network and computing infrastructure.

ITS also provides user support through the ITS Service Desk and TopperTech, which offers technology assistance, computing resources, printing services, and laptop checkout for academic and university-sponsored activities.
