Program Requirements (18 hours)
This 6-course, 18-hour Graphic Design Certificate includes five required courses and one restricted elective, all taught in the Department of Art & Design. Required courses are ART 130; ART 243; ART 231; ART 330; and ART 430. The elective can be selected from UX 300; DES 331; ART 334; ART 433; ART 436; DES 438; DES 498; ART 399; and ART 499. 100-level courses are prerequisites for 200-level courses; 200-levels are prerequisites for 300-levels; and 300-levels are prerequisites for 400-levels. The certificate is designed to be completed in four semesters.
